Privacy Policy

This English version is a translation for convenience; if the two differ, the Spanish version prevails.

[Company name] ("we" or "us"), the data controller, operates the Tu Negocio Organizado platform. This policy explains what personal data we collect, what we use it for, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights. It applies to website visitors and to users of the application.

1. What data we collect

• Sign-up data: name, email, phone number, and company details (name, tax ID, address, location).
• Data you enter while using the application: information about your clients, third parties, cases, documents, invoices and transactions. For this data you are the controller and we act as a processor on your behalf.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, access dates and times, and activity logs needed for security and for the service to work.
• End-client data: when you send your client a link to fill out a case form, the information they enter is stored in your account under your responsibility.

2. What we use it for

• Creating and managing your account, verifying your email and providing the service.
• Issuing and sending the documents you generate (invoices, estimates, messages to your clients).
• Providing support and answering your requests.
• Billing you for the plan and meeting accounting and legal obligations.
• Protecting the Platform: preventing abuse, fraud and unauthorized access (including sign-up limits per IP and anti-bot checks).
• Sending you information about the service, news and the status of your trial. You can stop receiving marketing messages at any time from the email itself.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We only share it with providers we need in order to operate, under confidentiality agreements: server hosting and backup, email delivery, electronic invoicing providers authorized by the tax authority (Colombia), payment gateways (when you turn on online payments) and, where the law requires it, competent authorities. Some providers may be located outside your country; in that case we require adequate safeguards.

4. How long we keep it

While your account is active and until you request its deletion. Trial accounts whose email is not verified are deleted after 7 days. We never automatically delete the data of an expired account. Documents with tax or accounting relevance are kept for the period required by applicable law, even if you close your account.

5. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, role-based access control, audit logs and daily backups. Our support staff may access your account through a technical user only to handle your requests.

6. Your rights

You can access, update, correct and delete your data, revoke your authorization, request proof of it and file complaints with the competent authority. To exercise them, write to contacto@tunegocioorganizado.com with your name, your company and your request. We will answer within the legal deadlines (in Colombia, 10 business days for inquiries and 15 for claims).

United States

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or "share" personal data as defined by state privacy laws. If you live in a state with an applicable privacy law, you can exercise your rights through the same contact email.

Colombia

This processing is governed by Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 and related regulations. The supervisory authority is the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC). By signing up you give prior, express and informed authorization for the processing described here.

7. Cookies

The public website does not use tracking or advertising cookies; it only remembers your language choice in your browser. The application uses local storage and strictly necessary cookies to keep your session, remember your sign-up progress and your preferences. They do not require additional consent.

8. Children

The Platform is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We will publish any change on this page with its update date. If the change is significant, we will notify you by email.
