Terms of Service

This English version is a translation for convenience; if the two differ, the Spanish version prevails.
These terms govern the use of the Tu Negocio Organizado platform (the "Platform"), available at tunegocioorganizado.com and its subdomains (including public.tunegocioorganizado.com), operated by [Company name], tax ID [NIT / EIN], with its address at [Address, city, country] ("we" or "us"). By creating an account you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
The Platform is cloud software to organize the operations of small businesses and service offices: clients, cases, service orders, estimates, invoices, payments, expenses, cash flow and documents. The available features depend on the country set up for your company (United States or Colombia).
2. Your account
To use the Platform you must register a company and an administrator user with a valid email address, which we will verify. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account and from the accounts of the users you create. Each user belongs to a single company. You must be of legal age and authorized to bind the company you register.
3. Free trial
- Each company may activate a single 30-day free trial, counted from sign-up. One trial is allowed per email address and, if provided, per company tax ID.
- No credit card is required and nothing is charged during the trial.
- During the trial, invoices use an internal demo numbering; electronic invoicing with the tax authority is enabled when the plan is activated.
- If the trial ends without activating the plan, the account becomes read-only for 15 days (you can view but not create). After that, access is locked until activation.
- Accounts whose email is not verified within 7 days are deleted along with their data.
4. Plan and payments
- The plan is per company, with unlimited users, and is billed monthly in advance. Current pricing is published on the pricing page; in Colombia it is stated and billed in Colombian pesos and in the United States in dollars.
- Custom development (automations or specific processes) is quoted separately and in writing before it starts.
- There is no minimum term. You may cancel at any time; the service continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds are given for partial periods.
- We may change the price by giving you at least 30 days' notice by email.
- Payments more than 15 days late allow us to suspend access (read-only mode) until payment is brought current.
5. Your data and your content
The information you enter (clients, documents, invoices, etc.) is yours. You authorize us to store and process it solely to provide the service. We never delete your data automatically because of expiration or late payment. You can request an export of your information in common formats, and its permanent deletion, by writing to contacto@tunegocioorganizado.com; deletion is carried out within the following 30 days, except for information we must keep by law (for example, tax documents).
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Platform for unlawful activities, to issue false tax documents, to send unsolicited communications, to try to access other companies' data, or to reverse engineer, copy or resell the software. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, notifying you unless the severity requires immediate action.
7. Electronic invoicing and tax obligations
The Platform helps you issue tax documents according to the settings you enter (authorizations, rates, tax details). You are responsible to your country's tax authority for the accuracy of those settings and of the documents issued. We do not provide accounting, tax or legal advice.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep the Platform continuously available, with announced maintenance windows. We make daily backups. Support is provided in Spanish by email and within the application. To assist you, our support staff may access your account with a technical user; that access is limited to handling your request.
9. Liability
The Platform is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, nor for losses resulting from incorrect data entered by your users.
10. Intellectual property
The software, the brand and the content of the Platform are our property. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use it while your account is active.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page and, if the change is significant, notify you by email 15 days in advance. If you keep using the Platform, you accept the changes.
12. Governing law
For companies registered in Colombia, these terms are governed by Colombian law. For companies registered in the United States, by the laws of the state of [State]. Before going to any authority, the parties will try to resolve the dispute in good faith for 30 days.
